Tea is becoming more and more popular and alot of people are making it a part of their daily routine. Some people made it a habit to sip a cup of tea before or after meals to help digestion. Well for starters black and green tea are tea names based on the color they create once they get soaked with hot water. Ogranic white tea is something different.
